What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time customer support role where I can handle inquiries case by case, communicate clearly across channels, improve processes, and keep accurate records—while building strong relationships and learning fast in a structured team.

I’ve handled client inquiries, vendor issues, and day-to-day admin work across sales, farm operations, and freelance virtual assistance for about two years. A lot of my work comes without a fixed script, so I’ve learned to think through problems on the spot while keeping records accurate under pressure.

I’m used to managing inboxes and calendars, writing client-facing emails and documents, and staying professional with frustrated or impatient people by phone, email, and in person. I also build simple SOPs for recurring tasks, use tools like Google Workspace, Poloxy, Trello/Asana, Notion, and Slack, and improve processes when I notice delays or errors—because I take feedback well and pick up new tools quickly. I’m looking to move into a full-time customer support role.
