What I'm looking for

I seek a client-focused role where I can drive revenue growth, build strategic relationships, lead teams, and implement service and process improvements in a collaborative, impact-driven organization.

I am an experienced commercial banking professional with strengths in business development, relationship management, and strategic planning gained over seven years in the banking sector and two years in humanitarian service.

In commercial banking roles I managed SME and commercial portfolios, generated new business through targeted campaigns, negotiated long-term agreements, and consistently delivered year-on-year revenue growth for my customer portfolio.

I have led teams and projects including outbound sales leadership and business analysis, and I designed a service philosophy that was recognised by executive leadership for improving convenience and reducing paperwork.
