I seek property-finance or development roles in Dubai where I can apply loan evaluation, construction oversight, and client-management skills within a compliant, growth-oriented team.

I am a results-driven property finance and development professional with extensive experience in property and retail loan evaluation, construction monitoring, and client relations. I bring a practical understanding of property valuation, compliance, and risk mitigation developed through roles in banking and property consultancy.

In my current role as a Property Origination Consultant, I evaluate and approve residential and commercial loan applications, monitor construction stages for disbursement alignment, assist with property valuations, and prepare regular mortgage reports. I also liaise with approved valuers and identify early warnings of credit deterioration to protect the loan portfolio.

Previously I managed a restaurant's day-to-day operations, procurement, accounts, and staff relations, and I supported events management through administration and food coordination. Earlier roles include property valuing assistance, estate agent canvassing and sales support, and data administration using tools like Microsoft Excel and SPSS.
