Previously, as a Personal Banker / Helpline Specialist at Fifth Third Bank, I built and maintained long-term relationships with consumer and business clients by recommending appropriate financial solutions and assisting with account onboarding, service questions, and issue resolution. I partnered with legal, operations, and branch teams to resolve complex client concerns, consistently delivering excellent customer experiences while strengthening loyalty.
