What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I provide ASL<>English interpretation and direct support in educational or workplace settings, advocate for clients, and contribute to inclusive, collaborative teams.

I am a dedicated American Sign Language interpreter and support professional with hands-on experience in K-12 educational settings and workplace job coaching for Deaf and DeafBlind clients. I provide real-time ASL<>English interpretation for staff meetings, IEPs, instruction, and family interactions, and I act as a language model and direct support during classroom instruction.

In job coaching roles I facilitated workplace communication, advocated for client needs with employers, and maintained detailed daily documentation of employment goals and client progress. I have worked with Deaf clients and hearing adults with autism, supporting sensory regulation, social cues, and clear job-task understanding.

I hold a B.S. in Criminology and Justice Studies and an A.A. in Deaf Studies/ASL-to-English Translation & Interpreting Studies, and I maintain an ASLPI score of 3. I bring patience, strong advocacy, and practical interpreting experience to roles that improve access and independence for Deaf individuals.
