What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead admissions or enrollment operations where I can improve workflows, strengthen data accuracy, train teams, and provide student-centered service.

At East Texas A&M University, I oversee daily admissions operations, application and transcript processing, workflow systems, staff training, and reporting that supports enrollment decisions. I lead process improvements to reduce backlogs, maintain compliance, and improve service for prospective students and campus partners.

Previously, as a Lead Admissions Evaluator at TAMUC, I processed high-volume applications and transcripts using Banner, Salesforce/TargetX, Laserfiche, DegreeWorks, TES, and UC4 while maintaining FERPA and document security. I also trained new staff, reviewed reports for errors, determined TSI exemptions, and supported major student events.
