What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead recruitment and enrollment initiatives, improve processes, mentor staff, and run impactful student-facing events in a collaborative culture.

I am an admissions leader with progressive experience at Earlham College, advancing from Admissions Counselor to Associate Director of Admissions. I build positive relationships with colleagues and students, manage recruitment territories, and coordinate major on-campus events such as Scholarship Day.

In my current role I supervise the college's ZeeMee account and student influencers, launched the Admissions Mentor/Mentee program, serve as liaison to the Honors Program, and oversee application review and yield programming. I also reformed onboarding for new counselors and created an effective communication ladder for colleagues.

I bring strengths in strategic planning, data analysis, event coordination, public speaking, and admissions software (Slate). I prioritize approachability, strong customer service, and measurable results in recruitment and enrollment operations.
