What I'm looking for

I'm looking for Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, People Operations, HR Operations, or senior coordination and management roles, including remote international environments, where I can combine recruitment, people leadership, compliance and operational management.

At Yellow Tree, I lead operational performance, compliance and growth for the Emissions Sampling division while owning end-to-end HR, recruitment, finance administration, budgeting and reporting.

I've progressed over seven years from administration and health and safety into Finance & HR Management and General Management. I manage office-based and field sampling teams, lead ISO 17025 audit activity, support employee performance and disciplinary processes, and partner with the Managing Director on multi-division planning and start-up strategy.

My background also includes construction administration and front-of-house hospitality management, giving me practical experience in team supervision, client service, documentation, risk management and fast-paced operations.
