I’m looking to join a team where I can apply Semiconductor Design and TCAD-backed thinking to Physical Design work—driving semiconductor technology advancements with strong collaboration, excellent communication, and root-cause problem resolution.

I’m a Semiconductor Design Engineer with a strong foundation in TCAD and 6+ years of experience in Device Design. I’m driven by hands-on problem solving, from simulation-backed verification to production readiness, and I value clear communication and collaborative execution.

At Micron Technology Operations India LLP (OPC Production Division), I process reticle design data through OPC to help production R&D fab print on wafer using photolithography. I monitor the OPC control panel, launch internal and development jobs, create brand new job decks for DUV, ILT, and EUV, and run prewarp validation—supporting rework, Sivl verification, and automation.

Previously, I worked at FEGO Precision Industrial Co., Ltd as a PCB Layout Design Engineer for medical and home appliances. I designed and verified multi-layer, high-speed PCB layouts, debugged and tested PCB products, ensured manufacturing alignment, and managed component records and schematic symbols.

Earlier at Nuvoton Technology Corporation and AsiaUniversity, I focused on device design, fabrication, optimization, and reliability. Using Synopsys TCAD (Sentaurus/Taurus) and Silvaco TCAD (Athena/Atlas), I performed process and design simulation, analyzed electrical parameters with WAT (Wafer Acceptance tester) and HP4156A, and supported AC measurement, failure analysis, and robustness improvements—successfully developing and improving HVIC and LV device technologies.
