Worked on mechanical and electromechanical development of Test Head Unit modules for semiconductor memory device test equipment, including 3D CAD, component interfaces, and engineering documentation using Siemens NX. Supported Test Head module integration and design validation, and developed complex 3D harness routing models and Pegboard Drawings in SolidWorks Routing.

Performed detailed mechanical design for metal structures, welded frames, sheet-metal parts, brackets, plastic parts, and enclosure assemblies. Designed and developed chassis-mounted brackets and support structures for Fuel Tank, Battery Box, Air Reservoir, and DEF Tank using Siemens NX.

Designed and developed bus body structures and vehicle systems, including base frame, roof, side structures, and front/rear modules for electric and conventional vehicle platforms. Led vehicle integration, DMU reviews, DFM/DFA studies, and tolerance stack-up analysis.

Performed CAD migration and model conversion of pumps, valves, castings, and related mechanical components from CATIA, Creo, and Siemens NX to SolidWorks, ensuring model integrity and compliance with customer standards. Contributed to MDM processes by standardizing engineering data and improving product data quality.

Developed complete 3D system designs, assemblies, and detailed engineering documentation using SolidWorks, supporting seamless transition from concept development to manufacturing. Designed and validated structural components, sheet metal parts, mounting systems, fixtures, and fabricated assemblies.
