What I'm looking for
I am a remote Executive Assistant and Operations Support professional with experience supporting startup founders, managing daily operations, organizing workflows, handling inbox and calendar support, CRM updates, LinkedIn research, client follow-ups, documentation, and process improvement.
I enjoy helping busy founders and teams bring structure to fast-moving environments. I have worked across tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, Make, LinkedIn, CRMs, and AI tools to improve admin processes, track tasks, organize information, and reduce repetitive work.
My strengths are ownership, organization, clear communication, research, problem-solving, and learning quickly. I am especially interested in roles where I can support founders, improve internal systems, manage operations, and help teams work more efficiently.
