What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support clients with empathy and clarity—combining coaching and customer success with learning/operations. I want meaningful work, clear responsibilities, and opportunities to grow as a trusted, hands-on professional.

I’m Monica Balbo, a Creativity Coach and entrepreneur who combines coaching, customer support, and hands-on therapeutic experience to help clients feel understood and make real progress. I’ve built long-term client relationships through clear communication, empathy, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

From May 2022 to April 2025, I worked as an E-Learning IT Support Specialist, providing international customer support and managing online learning platforms for SCHOOL OF HEALTH (UK) and other clients such as Stellantis. I delivered timely solutions through ticketing, email, and video calls, coordinated with global IELTS teams to resolve issues efficiently, and focused on customer satisfaction and clarity.

As Founder and Manager (February 2020 – Today), I built and nurtured a client community while managing operations end-to-end. I handled customer orders, communication, coaching sessions, budgets, and records—maintaining empathy and clarity while ensuring high satisfaction and reliable delivery.

Previously, I worked across therapy and service roles, including Remedial Therapist positions from 2018 to 2020 and 2017 to 2018, plus managerial and reception work in Italy and hospitality roles in Western Australia. I’m comfortable planning workloads, producing reports, supporting patients and colleagues, and organizing day-to-day operations with a creative, service-first approach.
