I'm looking to lead healthcare IT and business analysis work that improves processes, supports reliable applications, and turns stakeholder needs into practical solutions.

I've supported healthcare IT operations at Allina Health and Optum, leading application upgrades, new product introductions, and projects from conception through delivery.

I provide primary support for critical clinical and enterprise applications including Dragon Medical One, Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX-AI), Dictation/Transcription, PuTTY, Juniper, ShapeScale, Samaritan, Health Touch, and Propio One. I also provide on-call support for more than 180 applications, extracting data from disparate systems to generate business intelligence and improve processes.

Previously, I served as a ServiceNow System Administrator, leading HRSD implementation and migrating complex workflows into the platform. I translate business needs into requirements, process maps, user stories, specifications, test cases, and test plans while partnering with clients, vendors, developers, and executive stakeholders.

I'm grounded in Health Information Management and bring experience with ITIL, Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, release management, risk mitigation, training, and mentoring. I enjoy creating practical documentation, strengthening knowledge transfer, and helping teams deliver dependable solutions.
