I'm currently supporting Providence Health Plan on EDI 834 member-file processing, partner integrations, authorization enhancements, and production validation. I create business and functional requirements, reconcile data, support UAT, and help ensure HIPAA-aligned healthcare workflows.
At Community Care of North Carolina, I translated requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile teams, including Pega-based healthcare workflow automation and care management applications.
