What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a business, data, or operations analytics role where I can use data, dashboards, risk analysis, and stakeholder communication to improve processes and support business decisions.

I've built business operations and customer onboarding processes at The Acquisition Group for TELUS, managing order fulfillment, credit eligibility checks, installations, and customer issues through Salesforce.

As a Senior Marketing Consultant and Team Lead, I closed approximately 20 products per week, generated approximately $5K–$8K in monthly sales, and hired, trained, and led a team of 10 consultants.

For my BITSoM capstone, I developed an end-to-end fraud and anomaly monitoring solution for an e-commerce business. I built ETL workflows, engineered 10+ fraud-risk indicators, and created an explainable risk-scoring framework and interactive dashboards.

I bring experience in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, data validation, KPI analysis, and stakeholder communication to business-focused analytics and operations work.
