At Tata Consultancy Services, I support enterprise infrastructure across 80+ distribution centers through monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and service restoration.
I investigate connectivity failures, BGP events, packet loss, device outages, interface errors, and wireless access-point issues. I also manage incidents in ServiceNow and support DNS/DHCP and IP address services using Infoblox DDI.
My work includes supporting Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and F5 BIG-IP components. I also developed multimodal and speech emotion recognition projects using machine-learning methods and tools including TensorFlow and Keras.
