I am a Network Engineer with three years of hands-on experience in networking, specializing in firewall management, routing, switching, SD-WAN coordination, and NOC operations. I currently support global locations and VIP clients while working at Tata Communications Transformation Services Pvt Ltd.
I have managed FortiGate firewalls, upgraded firmware to 7.2.11, monitored devices 24x7 with OpManager, and coordinated SD-WAN deployments and vendor meetings to optimize network performance. I also administer Microsoft Active Directory and Office365, manage Trend Micro antivirus, and use ITSM tools for ticketing and reporting.
I am known for strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective escalation handling across LAN/WAN, bandwidth analysis, and customer-facing incident response. I aim to deliver stable, secure, high-availability networks and timely support for critical meetings and services.
