I've supported network operations and high-priority incident resolution for Singtel at Infosys, managing routing, switching, connectivity issues, ISP coordination, and SLA-driven ticket handling in a 24/7 NOC environment.

At LTIMindtree, I worked on data center network deployment and implementation, Azure networking, Cisco and Arista configuration, and production changes using NCOS, UCM, URT, and Config Updater. As a Shift Lead, I coordinated priority work and escalations with Microsoft FTEs while managing multiple incidents independently.

Previously at DataCipher Solutions, I deployed and maintained Juniper EX4200 and EX4300 infrastructure, including Virtual Chassis, mixed-mode VC, LAG, firmware upgrades, and Junos Space administration. I also prepared HLD and LLD documentation and worked with JTAC on complex incidents and RMAs.

I'm certified across Juniper enterprise, design, and service-provider networking, and I bring hands-on experience delivering network solutions for projects including TataSky, UST Global, ThoughtWorks, Siemens, Reliance Jio, and more.
