At Tata Consultancy Services, I remotely operate Cisco production networks across 35+ sites in Australia and New Zealand. I support switching, wireless, and WAN operations in a 24×7 environment, including incident response and root cause analysis.
I built a Python and Netmiko toolkit for configuration backups, CLI execution, and maintenance validation across 332 switches. By batching switches in parallel, it cut full-fleet processing from 39 hours to under 4 hours.
I also administer Cisco Catalyst Center for provisioning, compliance, Assurance, and image management. I upgraded it across 35 sites with zero customer impact and deployed a credential-cycling template across 100 switches.
For network operations, I tuned SolarWinds monitoring rules to reduce false-positive alerts by about 80% and developed PowerShell automation for twice-daily SLA reporting. I’ve also authored reusable SOPs and MOPs, documented RCAs, and mentored two engineers.
