What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile product delivery, translate business needs into valuable platform enhancements, and work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders from discovery through UAT and go-live.

At Pieship, I own end-to-end delivery for a last-mile logistics platform, shipping 30+ product releases from discovery through UAT and go-live. I've authored 200+ user stories and manage a backlog of 1,000+ items across 50+ sprint cycles.

I translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, supported by BRD, SRS, RSD, and BPMN documentation. I lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, Agile ceremonies, and UAT for a 20+ member cross-functional team.
