What I'm looking for

I’m looking to help teams ship high-impact products through Agile/SAFe and strong requirements, pairing business analysis with modern data platforms and GenAI (RAG/LLM) frameworks.

I’m an Agile/Scrum-certified product and business leader with a Master’s degree in Global Innovation Management and 20 years of working experience in the High-tech sector. I specialize in introducing new products and turning strategy into shipped outcomes.

Across roles as Product Owner/Business Analyst and Agile Coach, I’ve led requirement definition, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and team alignment using Agile, SAFe, and Kanban. I also bring a design-thinking mindset and strong delivery support through DevOps-aligned practices.

On the data side, I’ve built and planned modern analytics and data solutions, including data warehousing and a “GenAI and LLM roadmap and framework,” covering “Various RAG models.” I focus on pragmatic implementations that connect business goals to measurable results.

My experience also spans project delivery and cross-functional integration, including mobile payments (KYC/AML and wallet capabilities), marketplace and order management, and regulated environments.
