I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can drive sales targets, build long-term client relationships, and deliver prompt resolution of queries. I want a team that values coaching, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a customer-focused Sales Executive with experience across call centre operations, administration, and customer services. I build strong client relationships by delivering tailored solutions, using “pipeline management” and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records to support strategic decision-making.

In my current role at Trade Mastermind (December 2024–Present), I develop and manage a portfolio of clients, consistently achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. I lead high-impact sales presentations, negotiations, and closing strategies to secure new business, and I’ve delivered an AOV of £25,000 worth of products. Previously, as a Customer Service Representative at Diligenta (October 2023–November 2024), I supported bereaved relatives on the Sun Life book of business, resolved queries and complaints in a timely manner, and completed coaching calls to improve quality—skills I’m eager to bring into a role that values first-class customer experience.
