I’m a customer support, operations, and QA-aware service professional with 6+ years’ experience across client-facing service, program coordination, venue administration, logistics, and technology environments. I bring bilingual communication in English and Farsi, along with strong communication and process discipline for remote support, product support, and operations roles.

In my work, I focus on clear enquiry handling, structured follow-ups, and high-quality documentation.
