At Hilton Hurghada Plaza, I support daily reservations operations and deputize for the Reservations Manager. I oversee hotel inventory and availability across direct and OTA channels.
I work with the Revenue Manager on seasonal pricing, rate plans, and restrictions, and supervise group and individual bookings from inquiry to confirmation. I also review daily and month-end closing reports and train the reservations team.
Previously, as Reservations Supervisor and Reservations Agent at Hilton Hurghada Plaza, I managed availability, handled bookings through Booking.com and Expedia, and upsold room categories and packages. I’m ambitious to keep growing into a senior commercial leadership role where I can shape strategy and develop strong teams.
