I’m looking for a luxury hospitality role where I can own reservations and guest relations end-to-end, drive direct bookings, and use Opera/Fidelio/Clock PMS to deliver exceptional experiences to international guests.

I’m a Reservation & Guest Relation professional in luxury hospitality, supporting international guests across Egypt, Turkey, India, and Tanzania. I specialize in reservations, guest relations, and sales coordination, with a track record of driving high-value bookings in fast-paced, multicultural environments.

At Ycona Luxury Resort (Zanzibar, Tanzania), I manage villa reservations end-to-end—from inquiry to confirmation. I negotiate rates and customized offers to maximize occupancy, and I use Clock PMS and Respond.io to handle bookings and follow-ups.

Previously, as a Reservation Agent at Rixos Premium Seagate (Sharm Elsheikh, Egypt), I handled customer inquiries on availability, pricing, and policies, monitored advances deposit requirements with Front Office, and produced daily pickup and revenue reports. I also improved guest experience by responding promptly and professionally while utilizing reservation management systems such as Opera and Fidelio.
