I’ve worked across front office and guest relations roles at hotels in El Quseir and Hurghada, including Grand Hotel, Radisson Blu, Movenpick Resort, and Utopia Beach Club. In these roles, I greeted clients, ensured rooms were prepared before check-in, and handled daily bookings to keep arrivals running smoothly.

I also worked as an Appointment Setter at Finance First GmbH in Switzerland, scheduling and coordinating appointments for English- and Arabic-speaking clients and following up to support client acquisition. I analyzed customer feedback from hotel guestbooks and online sources, helped guests with local recommendations, and suggested ways to improve guest experience and ratings.

Most recently, I’ve managed guest relations tasks with a focus on personalized service for special guests and coordinating communication between guests and staff. I’m now looking for a suitably challenging role where I can keep building on my guest relations and coordination skills.
