At IBM Egypt, I progressed from technical engineering and customer support into senior delivery leadership and IT Section Head responsibilities. I managed IT service delivery, customer environments, and technology implementation and migration activities.

As IT Section Head for the Arab Bank Jordan Account, I built and led a six-member IT support team and managed support activities. I also coordinated work allocation, performance follow-up, team development, and customer engagement.

Earlier, I led software services and customer implementations, supported IBM i environments, and worked on high-availability, disaster-recovery, and data-center migration initiatives. I co-authored the IBM RedBook WebSphere Development Studio Client for iSeries, Version 5.1.2.
