What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex technology delivery in banking or other regulated environments, managing cross-functional stakeholders, regulatory change, core systems, UAT and go-live execution.

At First Abu Dhabi Bank Misr, I manage regulatory, automation and IAM delivery across a portfolio of strategic projects, including Central Bank of Egypt reporting requirements and an Oracle FLEXCUBE 12-to-14 core banking migration. I coordinate a 200-person IT function, 13+ business departments and international vendors while managing UAT, pilot phases, defects, change requests and governance reporting.

I've also delivered software projects at Devno Software, coordinated 80+ medical technology client accounts at 3D Diagnostix, and owned localization project delivery at DB Group Business Solutions. I bring PRINCE2-certified project delivery experience across hybrid Agile-Waterfall environments, regulated operations and full SDLC execution.
