What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead agile IT initiatives and provide consultancy through disciplined project planning, risk/issue management, and coaching teams—working with clients in multinational environments where continuous improvement and measurable delivery matter.

I’m a Scrum Master focused on delivering IT projects with disciplined Agile execution, clear communication, and continuous improvement. With 20 years of application development experience, I bring business focus, proactiveness, and a strong ability to drive teams toward measurable outcomes.

At DXC (01/08/2022–Present), I facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage project risks with contingency plans, and remove impediments quickly to improve team performance and project flow. I coached teams on Scrum practices, increasing sprint velocity, and implemented Jira and Confluence to improve transparency, tracking efficiency, and collaboration.

Previously at DXC as a PMO Analyst (01/08/2016–2022), I managed projects from initiation to closure—creating and maintaining project plans and defined processes (PDP), handling QA audits, and reporting project status, costs, and efforts to management. I also maintained issues/assumptions/risks logs, supported governance across the account, and produced account financial reports to track variances.

Earlier roles strengthened my end-to-end technical and client-facing foundation, from Oracle Analytics Implementation Engineer (OBIEE/OBIA/ODI/WebLogic) to ORACLE COOPERATION Principal Middleware Consultant (Java/J2EE/WebLogic/JMS) and Senior Developer work across Agile Scrum development. I also hold Scrum.org PSM I and Oracle WebLogic administration credentials, and I’m motivated by environments where delivery, accountability, and best-practice guidance directly improve results.
