What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex telecom and digital transformation programs, applying delivery, solution architecture, quality, and cross-functional leadership to integrated CRM and billing solutions.

I've led telecom transformation programs for STC Kuwait and Huawei, delivering CRM, billing, and 5G projects across the Middle East.

At STC Kuwait, I manage replacement of the CRM platform with TechnoTree Digital CRM integrated with Huawei CBS, while leading project risk, vendors, product, and business teams. I also led the modernization of a telecom customer service application from Oracle Forms and Reports to Java microservices.

Across 18 years, I've directed delivery, architecture, requirements, quality, and testing for operators including STC Kuwait, Touch, du, Zain, VIVA, and EMTS. I bring hands-on experience in scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, cross-functional leadership, and telecom billing and CRM platforms.
