At Teleperformance on the Zalando account, I provide phone, email, and chat support for German-speaking customers. I maintain a 98% Quality Assurance score and earned three consecutive Top Achiever of the Month awards.

I use Zendesk and Cisco Finesse VoIP to manage customer tickets, calls, and complex support needs efficiently.

I founded Ask Academy, where I trained more than 1,500 students across six languages and prepared around 400 candidates for relocation to Europe for work or study. I managed curriculum design from A1 to B2, marketing strategy, finance, and remote student operations.

I've also created and marketed four paid German language courses on the T3LM online platform, training more than 350 students. I bring advanced German fluency, content creation, communication, and a practical approach to solving customer issues.
