I’m seeking a hands-on technical support or systems role in a collaborative company to apply SQL, deployments, and troubleshooting skills, contribute to product improvements, and grow into operations or infrastructure responsibilities.

I am a Technical Support Specialist with two years' experience in finance and IT services, providing end-user support, incident tracking, SQL database management, IIS maintenance, application testing, and production deployments. I delivered structured feedback to development teams and consistently exceeded performance standards while remaining calm under pressure.

Previously I managed high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions as a call center agent, identifying needs and resolving issues efficiently. I am pursuing a Master’s in Telecommunications and seek a hands-on role where I can apply troubleshooting, deployment, and cloud skills to improve operations.
