At Pinetree, I provide day-to-day support for Windows desktops and laptops, Microsoft 365, and Outlook. I also support Windows Server and Active Directory tasks, including user accounts and permissions.

I configure and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate settings, VPNs, VLANs, and Wi-Fi access points. My work also includes ESET endpoint protection, backups, business email and cPanel hosting, and office systems such as CCTV, attendance systems, and PABX.
