What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support role where I can troubleshoot user, hardware, software, and network issues, grow my practical systems and networking skills, and contribute reliably under pressure.

I've provided IT support during military service and at ISC Company, resolving user issues across hardware, software, printers, and networks.

At ISC Company, I installed and configured Windows, troubleshot printer and network problems, and maintained hardware. During military service, I supported users, devices, networks, and routine system maintenance in Nasr City.

I'm a Computer Science graduate from Zagazig University and built an Auto Timetable Generator using C# and SQL Server.

I've also completed Cisco Networking Academy training in networking fundamentals, IP addressing, routing, switching, and basic network security. I work well under pressure and continue building practical technical support skills.
