I’m seeking a Virtual Assistant role where I can streamline administrative operations, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of the organization, using strong scheduling, documentation, customer support, and reporting skills.

I’m a highly organized administrative professional with 5+ years of experience in administration, banking, customer service, and sales support. I’m proficient in calendar and email management, meeting coordination, data entry, documentation, and delivering reliable administrative support in fast-paced environments.

As an Administrative Manager at Ivy Enterprises, I manage customer inquiries and follow-ups to ensure timely issue resolution and a consistently positive client experience. I coordinate appointments and daily administrative activities using Trello, Microsoft Excel, and Calendly to improve workflow efficiency and support business operations.

I maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Drive, keeping data integrity and making information easy to access. I also prepare operational and sales reports with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to support informed decision-making and performance tracking.
