At Grady Health System, I redesigned peri-operative workflows and block scheduling, increasing daily surgical case volume by 30%. I also partnered with the CMO and COO to prioritize an $18M portfolio of cost-takeout and revenue-growth initiatives.
At Emory Healthcare – Brain Health Center, I redesigned patient access and scheduling, cutting new-patient lead time from 40 days to 4 and modeling a $4.2M annual revenue lift. I led a team of four and trained more than 300 staff in process-improvement tools.
Through my independent consulting practice, I designed CAST, a diagnostic framework for organizational behavior, and supported a $30M transformation at Fresenius Medical Care that eliminated 10,400 manual hours per month through RPA.
