I'm looking to lead operational readiness for complex launches, scaling, and change—building governance, workflows, training, reporting, and cross-functional alignment that keep high-stakes transitions on track.

At Wellstar Health System, I turn Total Rewards, labor optimization, and workforce data into executive-ready decision support for a 40,000+ team-member health system. I build repeatable reporting workflows across HR, finance, and operations using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and PowerQuery.

I've led a $4.5M, multi-institution initiative at Harvard Medical School and managed regulated SaaS implementations for Department of Energy, defense, and other compliance-sensitive clients at Ideagen DevonWay. My work brings structure to high-stakes delivery through operating rhythms, governance, decision frameworks, stakeholder communication, and practical implementation planning.
