At Salem Hospital–Mass General Brigham, I lead enterprise-wide improvement work that advances patient safety, operational efficiency, quality outcomes, and patient experience.

I coach 12 multidisciplinary teams in Lean, root cause analysis, A3 thinking, value stream mapping, and PDSA cycles. I also build executive dashboards and scorecards using Epic, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Vizient, and NRC data to guide decisions.

My work has supported reductions in length of stay, improved Quiet at Night scores, the hospital's best Foley catheter standardized infection ratio, and its longest zero-CAUTI streak. I design Lean and HRO education for nurses and medical residents while coaching physicians and clinical leaders on workflow redesign and performance metrics.

Previously at Massachusetts General Hospital, I managed regulatory activation and operational readiness for Phase I–IV neuro-oncology trials and supervised a six-person research operations team. I bring experience standardizing workflows, developing SOPs, supporting compliance, and partnering across clinical, research, finance, regulatory, and executive teams.
