What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support creative, entertainment, or production-focused teams through executive operations, recruitment, bilingual communication, and coordinated delivery across stakeholders.

I manage the founder and co-founder diaries at Mono Theory while coordinating audio and visual project deliveries with Sony Music, independent artists, productions, and vendors.

I've led full-cycle recruitment searches for private and institutional clients, including narrowing around 1,000 candidates to one Personal/Executive Assistant hire in two separate searches. At Kingdom School of Arts, I also built a social media presence to 98K followers through campaign strategy, content production, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Previously, I supported a high-net-worth individual across international travel, visas, filming, press, events, and relationships with Netflix, BBC, Sky TV, Soho House, The Prince's Trust, and Warner Chappell Music. I also provide English-Japanese translation, localization, and voice-over work for clients including P&G, Dropbox, Ring, and Les Mills.
