What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a BPO role where I can own voice-based customer support, resolve queries fast, and use Excel for reporting. I also want to keep growing into data analysis using SQL and Power BI.

I’ve handled customer queries and service issues for an international US-based process at Teleperformance, keeping communication clear in a fast-paced environment.

In the domestic role at Teleperformance (Flipkart), I managed high-volume voice calls, resolved customer problems and queries, and worked toward daily BPO performance targets.

Before that, as a Sales Executive for the Australian Energy Sales Process (Tele-Minds), I sold electricity and gas plans, analyzed bills and tariffs, used Mango CRM and LogicHub CRM for lead/customer tracking, and verified bill and pricing details through government and industry portals.
