I support secure, reliable IT operations across Microsoft 365, end-user systems, and network environments. At Polaris Bank, I provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining IT devices and systems.

As a volunteer M365 Administrator with Blockchain & Climate Institute, I manage day-to-day Microsoft 365 operations, configure Azure Active Directory, and implement MFA and Conditional Access. I also support users, monitor service health, respond to incidents, and collaborate on compliance through Microsoft Defender, Intune, and Data Loss Prevention.

My customer service experience at Access Bank strengthened my ability to resolve concerns promptly, de-escalate complaints, and communicate solutions with empathy.

I’ve also completed cybersecurity training through Mastercard’s Security Awareness Team simulation, where I identified phishing threats and helped develop security training procedures. I bring a practical, service-focused approach to troubleshooting, user training, documentation, and IT security.
