What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented administrative professional with 6+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, email management, web research, and e-commerce support. I’m known for accurate work, professional communication, and strong multitasking.
Since 2016, I’ve worked as an independent contractor on project-based and freelance tasks, including data entry, finding email leads, email management, and WordPress management. I’ve produced high-quality research leads by finding thousands of contact details, used sales email templates, created follow-ups, and organized emails by categories.
Now I’m transitioning into the freight and logistics industry through training in freight brokerage. I completed Freight Courses 101 and gained hands-on practice with TMS platforms, load boards, and freight class calculators, along with training in broker-carrier agreements, lane specialization, and track & trace.
