What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale international teams through end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, talent operations, employer branding, and digitalized, compliant hiring workflows.

I've helped Funnel scale from fewer than 50 employees to 350+ as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, hiring across Product, Engineering, and Business Operations in EMEA, AMER, and APAC.

I independently led full-cycle hiring for Engineering and Product, contributing to more than 250% growth in Funnel's engineering organization over three years. I also implemented HiBob as the HR system, including integrations with other core systems.

As a consultant, I recruit ERP, supply chain, business management, and niche technical roles for a leading European ERP consulting firm. I also lead employer-branding initiatives and digitalize talent acquisition processes.

I'm a recruitment nerd who enjoys sourcing, streamlining workflows, driving digitalization, and ensuring compliance in international environments.
