What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in B2B software and solution sales, using AI-enabled sales execution and modern technology to improve qualification, communication, and revenue generation.

At AXM365, I manage end-to-end B2B sales for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Cloud, and digital transformation solutions for SMB and enterprise clients across the Balkans. I exceeded qualified-meeting targets, generated 5–7 meetings monthly against a target of three, and introduced 700+ target companies through market research.

I've contributed to three closed deals ranging from €9K to €50K, supported a €100K opportunity, and participated in enterprise implementation opportunities valued between €5M and €10M. My work spans account research, prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, stakeholder presentations, commercial discussions, CRM management, and complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Previously, I led a three-person team at Hermed and supported commercial operations at Koloseum Gradnja. I'm especially interested in using AI and modern sales technology to improve research, qualification, communication, and revenue generation.
