At Peach Perfect, I owned the online store end to end, covering its storefront, catalogue, promotions, email and CRM, tracking, and SEO. I migrated the store from WooCommerce/WordPress to Shopify, including payments and fiscal receipt integration.
I designed problem-based bundles and discount structures using COGS and margin calculations to increase average order value. I also built product-level abandoned checkout flows in Klaviyo, with separate messages for key products and rules for re-entry and purchase exits.
At etikDigital, I coordinated developers and designers and served as the main client contact for technical delivery across about 20 websites and online stores. I was promoted from Junior SEO Specialist to Operations Manager within the first year.
