I'm looking to support founders and leadership teams by strengthening executive operations, coordinating complex priorities, and building practical systems that improve focus, visibility, and delivery.

At Kohath Investment Group, I run the Group Chairman’s office across three companies, coordinating executive priorities, Board governance, strategic documentation, and senior stakeholders across West Africa and the Caribbean. Previously at Burrowes Enterprises, I supported the Founder across five workstreams and coordinated three US-market digital product launches from research through QA and launch.

I build practical operating systems that help leadership focus: KPI dashboards, OKR cycles, SOP libraries, reporting structures, and cross-functional delivery rhythms. My work has reduced process turnaround by 40%, cut manual operational workload by 50%, and supported international programmes, government relationships, people operations, and product delivery.
