Milagros Serrano

At Supermercados Toledo, I coordinate daily operations across multiple departments and a team of 25+ employees, supporting staffing coverage, service continuity, and issue resolution.

I manage schedules, task allocation, operational incidents, customer escalations, and follow-up with employees, suppliers, and internal teams. I also coordinate orders and deliveries and track stock discrepancies using Google Sheets, Excel, and internal systems.

By adjusting ordering, rotation, seasonality, and follow-up, I reduced produce-department shrink from 18% to 11% in one month. I also monitor sales, stock, customer satisfaction, and audit results to identify deviations and take corrective action.

Previously, I worked as a Checkout Team Lead / Customer Service Lead and a Cashier / Customer Service Associate, handling complaints, returns, payment issues, and operational problems. I’m seeking remote opportunities in Operations, Customer Support, Customer Success, Implementation, Technical Support, or Administrative Coordination.
