What I'm looking for
I’m an IT Support / Systems Administration professional who provides remote technical support for Windows and Linux users, resolving system, access, and connectivity issues. I support VPN connections and Remote Desktop (RDP) sessions, handle user account and permissions with basic Active Directory tasks, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems while escalating complex issues when needed.
I also build lab environments to sharpen my troubleshooting and infrastructure skills—configuring DNS/DHCP, managing Windows and Linux virtual machines, and strengthening reliability through patching, backups, and baseline security hardening. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology, I’m especially excited by Healthcare IT Support, service desk, technical support, and clinical technology support roles where clear communication and dependable incident resolution make a real operational impact.
