I’m an IT Support Engineer focused on keeping enterprise systems highly available while strengthening security operations. I support servers, email systems, and enterprise applications with configuration, installation, backups, and endpoint protection to maintain reliable day-to-day operations.
I bring hands-on network operations experience, including maintaining and optimizing network infrastructure with Cisco and MikroTik. I also implement and manage network security controls (firewalls and endpoint protection), and support security operations around access control and monitoring systems.
My background includes L1/L2 ICT support in a healthcare environment, where I monitored system and network performance, managed user access and permissions, and supported hospital information systems and electronic records. Alongside this, I’ve completed SOC Level 1 learning labs (TryHackMe), strengthening my understanding of suspicious log patterns, incident identification, escalation workflows, and mapping behaviors to MITREATT&CK.
