At eXp Realty, I moved from the transactions desk to its national Operations Automation team after the company’s AI adoption data showed I was its heaviest internal AI user. I translated operations requests into requirements and built tools through security review, testing, and rollout.
I built an executive operations dashboard for a country leadership team, replacing scattered spreadsheets and no-code pages with one live interface. I also owned an AI knowledge assistant using AWS Kendra to retrieve information from about 4,000 operational documents for seven teams; it remains in production.
Before automation, I worked in real estate sales in Calgary and Dallas-Fort Worth and handled residential transactions at eXp Realty. That experience helps me connect technical requirements with the teams and local realities behind operational workflows.

Settled residential transactions end to end in TRX and SkySlope: prepared commission disbursement authorizations, matched settlement statements against company records before funds moved, and chased missing documents and discrepancies. My heavy use of AI on the desk showed up as the company's highest internal AI usage and led to the move onto the automation team.
